- Shipping is $15.00 from British Columbia to Manitoba, $18.00 from Quebec to Newfound Land, and $20.00 to the Territories.
- Untracked Letter Mail Shipping of $5.00, is offer for 1 pair of booties, and your own risk
- Local pick up is available.
- Please allow 5-7 days to process your order for shipping
- Please contact Sewn Soles within 3 day of receiving your order if there are any manufacturing defects, including:
- Flawed snaps
- Holes in the seams
- Missing elastics
- Returns will only be accepted if Sewn Soles is contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, your order is unwashed, and it is related to a manufacturing defect. You, the purchaser, will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of your order to Sewn Soles. Any issues to arise with your order after the 3 days, or from regular wear/use will not be accepted for a return
- Refunds on a returned order will only be accepted if Sewn Soles in contacted within 3 business days of receiving your order, and upon the return of your order to the Sewn Soles studio
- Orders will not be accepted for returns and or refunds if the items you purchased are the incorrect size
